CHANGES & CANCELLATIONSAll orders are printed especially for each customer. Therefore, all orders are considered a "custom" order and can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order via phone or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PAYMENT INFO & TERMSAll opening orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Order are charged when production time begins. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on the final invoice. Shipping charges typically do not exceed more than 10% of the total sale. If an account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Turnaround time is typically 2-5 days. Orders ship by way of USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are based on the weight and final destination and usually do no exceed 10% of the order total. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order for expedited shipping options.
RosanneBECK carefully prepares and ships each order from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. We attempt to ship your order as soon as it is received. There may be a delay with larger orders. In the case that there is a significant delay, a member of our team will contact you. During trade show season, shipping times may vary.
All orders are produced at the customer's request. We can only accept returns in the event of defective stock or shipping error. In this case, we must be notified within 5 working days of receipt.
